2 New Weapons Sneak Peek — JJI July 2026 Devlog

Last Updated: July 2026Status: Devlog Sneak / In DevelopmentSource: hightrogen public-devlog coverage

⚡ Quick Summary — 2 New Weapons

  • Judicial Gavel — Judgeman synergy weapon, 4 moves, 2 gated behind Judgment technique equipped.
  • Split Soul & Dragon Bone Dual Sword — Dual-wield weapon with seeking/dash/slash moves, pairs with Heavenly Restriction.
  • Devlog Confirmed: Both weapons shown in hightrogen’s June 30, 2026 public-devlog breakdown (1,174 views, YouTube).
  • ⚠️ No release date — Ship with the next major content patch (TBA).
  • ⚠️ Status: These are sneak peeks, not yet live in-game. Stats may shift before release.

1. Judicial Gavel — Judgeman Signature Weapon

The Judicial Gavel is the dedicated synergy weapon for the Judgeman (Higuruma Hiromi) innate technique. It is a heavy blunt weapon with 4 unique moves, two of which are gated behind the Judgment technique being equipped. This gating pattern mirrors how Judgeman’s own innate moves unlock at higher masteries.

Weapon Details

  • Type: Heavy blunt weapon (gavel)
  • Move Count: 4 total
  • Gating: 2/4 moves require Judgment technique equipped
  • Synergy Innate: Judgeman (Higuruma)
  • Status: Devlog sneak — release TBA

Combo Potential

hightrogen noted the Judicial Gavel “has a lot of combo potential” — the move kit is designed for combo extension and CC chaining. Pairs naturally with chanting for purple-style finishers.

🛠️ Judicial Gavel Moveset

Gavel Combo

Combo Starter

A quick 3-hit extender at the start of the kit. Has slight extra range on the final hit, making it usable as both opener and chase tool.

Gavel Pummel

JUDGMENT GATED — Combo / Launcher

Drags the user forward while smacking the target multiple times, then flings them away. High utility for both PvP spacing and PvE combo extension.

Gavel Barrage

JUDGMENT GATED — Long Range / Guard Break

Throws multiple gavel projectiles in sequence, capped by a large final gavel with guard break on the last hit. Long range initiation tool.

Gavel Hook

Pull-In / Damage

Pulls nearby enemies toward the user while dealing damage. Visually resembles Cursed Tendrils — a pull move with offensive payoff rather than pure utility.

⚠️ Judgment Technique Gating: Two of the four moves (Gavel Pummel and Gavel Barrage) are only accessible if you have Judgment technique equipped. This means the weapon is effectively a Judgeman-specific gated weapon — players without the Judgeman innate will only see 2 of 4 moves. Plan your build around this gating.

2. Split Soul & Dragon Bone Dual Sword

The Split Soul & Dragon Bone Dual Sword is a dual-wield weapon named for its two distinct blade archetypes — a “split soul” slasher and a “dragon bone” tracker. hightrogen described it as “aesthetic-wise, this might be the best looking weapon yet. The dual wielding has so much aura.” It is explicitly designed to pair with the Heavenly Restriction innate.

Weapon Details

  • Type: Dual-wield sword (two distinct blades)
  • Move Count: 4 total
  • Synergy Innate: Heavenly Restriction
  • Visual: Aura-heavy dual wield, described as “best looking weapon yet”
  • Status: Devlog sneak — release TBA

Heavenly Restriction Synergy

HR’s no-CE stat distribution maximizes physical scaling, which fits a weapon with strong combo extenders and physical slash damage. The tracking on Seeking Propulsion and the dismantle-style Soul Dime reward close-range aggression — exactly HR’s wheelhouse.

🗡️ Dual Sword Moveset

Seeking Propulsion

Charge / Tracking

A hold-and-charge move. Charging longer increases projectile speed. Thrown dragon bone actively tracks nearby players, making it one of the first true homing projectile moves shown in JI devlogs.

Bone Splitter

Combo Extender / Damage Passive

A normal combo extender with a strong damage passive. Standard bread-and-butter chaining tool for both PvE and PvP — designed to fit into longer sequences without breaking combo flow.

Soul Dime

Dash / Slash (Dismantle-style)

Dash forward, applying a slashing effect to whoever you hit. Functionally mirrors Demon Vessel’s Dismantle move — short-range burst slash on top of mobility. Excellent initiation and re-engagement tool.

Kindred Promise

Signature / Synergy

The named signature move of the kit. Visuals and full effect not yet detailed in the devlog sneak — hightrogen noted “the move set is pretty sick” and moved on. Likely the high-CD ultimate of the kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many new weapons are coming to Jujutsu Infinite?

Two weapons were confirmed in late-June 2026 public devlogs: the Judicial Gavel (Judgeman synergy) and the Split Soul & Dragon Bone Dual Sword (Heavenly Restriction synergy).

Is the Judicial Gavel a Judgeman weapon?

Yes. The Judicial Gavel is the dedicated Judgeman synergy weapon. Two of its four moves (Gavel Pummel and Gavel Barrage) only work if you have the Judgment technique equipped — without Judgeman innate, you only get 2 of the 4 moves.

Does the Dual Sword pair with Heavenly Restriction?

Yes. hightrogen explicitly called out the synergy in the devlog walkthrough. Heavenly Restriction’s no-CE stat spread maximizes the weapon’s physical scaling and tracking abilities, and the dual-wield aesthetic fits HR’s high-physical-stat identity.

When will these new weapons be released in Jujutsu Infinite?

No official release date has been announced. As of the June 30, 2026 devlog reveal, both weapons are confirmed in active development. Expect them to ship with the next major content patch — likely within 2–6 weeks of the devlog.

Are these weapons confirmed or just leaks?

Confirmed in the sense that they appear in the developers’ public devlog (i.e., official sneak peeks). They are not yet live in-game and may shift before release — treat stats and exact gating as provisional until the next patch ships.
