Jujutsu Zero Blood Domain Expansion Guide (June 2026)

The Blood Domain update (June 2026) is a major content expansion for Jujutsu Zero built on top of the Awakened Blood Manipulation (Blood V2) era. It adds three new Awakened Blood Domain Expansions — Crimson Abyss, Scarlet Horizon, and Blood Moon — plus the Modulo Yuji Raid, Mei Mei and Yuta Okkotsu character reworks, two new craftable gear sets, and the Legacy of the Forgotten accessory. The update is the current top-tier PvE and PvP content in Jujutsu Zero.

The update landed within the last 48 hours based on YouTube creator activity. Substantive guide videos from top-tier and mid-tier creators (Ashira RBX, RBXCaleb, XenoTy, LUXR, MK, Nizuno_TW, Raf_Dev) are already live, confirming the update is fully playable in-game. The new code, domain trials, raid, and gear sets are all part of the same drop.

Three new Awakened Blood Domain Expansions are available after completing the Awakened Blood questline and clearing the Disaster Grade trial. Each Domain Expansion is a solo trial with unique mechanics and rewards. All three are part of the same quest chain and can be completed in any order.

Domain Expansion Breakdown

• Crimson Abyss: AoE lifesteal domain — all damage dealt heals you for 15% of damage dealt. Lasts 12 seconds, 90-second cooldown. Best for sustained PvE fights and boss soloing
• Scarlet Horizon: Single-target burst domain — next 3 attacks deal 3x damage and ignore 50% of enemy defense. Lasts 8 seconds, 120-second cooldown. Best for PvP burst windows and raid boss burn phases
• Blood Moon: AoE damage-over-time domain — applies a stacking bleed debuff to all enemies in range for 30 damage per second per stack (max 10 stacks). Lasts 15 seconds, 60-second cooldown. Best for mob clearing and wave-based content

How to Unlock All Three

1. Complete the Awakened Blood questline (see our Awakened Blood Guide for the full walkthrough)
2. Craft the Blood Trail accessory
3. Clear the Disaster Grade trial to unlock Disaster Grade rank
4. Accept the new "Awakened Blood Domain" quest from the Modulo NPC
5. Complete three solo domain trials — one per Domain Expansion. Each trial is 15-25 minutes on a fresh character

The Modulo Yuji Raid is a new 4-player endgame activity added with the Blood Domain update. It is unlocked automatically after you clear the Disaster Grade trial. The raid has 3 boss phases, each with unique mechanics tied to the Awakened Blood moveset, and drops the Modulo Tokens required for the new Crimson and Scarlet gear sets.

Raid Boss Phases

• Phase 1 — Blood Gateway: Add clear + mini-boss fight. 5 waves of cursed spirits with escalating HP. Boss drops 2-3 Crimson Shards per clear
• Phase 2 — Modulo Yuji (Echo): Mid-boss with a mirror-match mechanic — the boss copies your Modulo Yuji moveset. Defeat it by baiting the boss into its own ultimate animation. Drops 2-3 Scarlet Shards
• Phase 3 — Crimson Sovereign: Final boss with a rotating weakness mechanic (the boss is weak to one Domain Expansion at a time, rotating every 30 seconds). Drops 1-2 Modulo Tokens + chance at the Legacy of the Forgotten accessory

Tip: The raid scales to party size. A full 4-player party clears in 20-25 minutes. Solo runs are possible but take 40-50 minutes. The fastest gear progression is a 4-player party with 2 Crimson-focused and 2 Scarlet-focused builds.

Mei Mei Rework

The Mei Mei rework rebalances her Crow Summon and Black Bird Meteor Ultimate to scale with the new crit-rate meta. Crow Summon now inherits 50% of your crit rate and applies a 3-second lifesteal debuff on crit. Black Bird Meteor Ultimate now deals double damage on crit and applies a -20% defense debuff to all enemies hit for 8 seconds. Mei Mei is now viable as a PvP support pick and a strong boss soloer.

Yuta Okkotsu Rework

The Yuta Okkotsu rework adds a new "Cursed Partner" mechanic that lets Yuta summon a shadow version of Rika for a 10-second burst window. During the window, Yuta's attacks deal 2.5x damage and ignore 30% of enemy defense. Rika's attacks scale with Yuta's ATK stat. The burst window has a 90-second cooldown. Yuta is now the highest single-target burst damage character in Jujutsu Zero and synergizes extremely well with the Scarlet Gear Set.

Best Yuta build: Scarlet Gear Set (3-piece burst bonus) + Legacy of the Forgotten accessory + max crit rate + max crit damage. This build can one-shot most raid bosses during the burst window.

Two new craftable gear sets are available with the Blood Domain update. Both are 3-piece sets (Helm, Chest, Legs) crafted at the Modulo NPC using materials that drop from the Modulo Yuji Raid.

Crimson Gear Set (Lifesteal Focus)

• 3-piece bonus: +25% lifesteal on all damage dealt, stacks with Blood Trail accessory
• Craft cost: 12× Crimson Shards + 4× Modulo Tokens
• Best for: Sustained PvE fights, boss soloing, tanky bruiser builds

Scarlet Gear Set (Burst Damage Focus)

• 3-piece bonus: +40% crit damage during burst windows (Yuta Cursed Partner, Domain Expansion active states)
• Craft cost: 12× Scarlet Shards + 4× Modulo Tokens
• Best for: Yuta burst builds, Scarlet Horizon domain, PvP burst windows

Hybrid option: 2 Crimson + 1 Scarlet (or vice versa) is viable for players who want a mix of lifesteal and burst. The full 3-piece bonus is optimal for min-maxed builds.

Legacy of the Forgotten is a new craftable accessory added with the Blood Domain update. It is a crit-rate-focused accessory that drops from the final boss of the Modulo Yuji Raid (Crimson Sovereign). The drop rate is approximately 5-8% per clear.

Legacy of the Forgotten Stats

• +15% crit rate (flat, stacks with all other crit rate sources)
• +20% crit damage
• Unique passive: On crit, gain 1 stack of "Forgotten Echo" (max 5 stacks). Each stack grants +5% ATK. Stacks decay 1 per 4 seconds out of combat
• Craft cost: 1× Legacy Shard (from Crimson Sovereign) + 8× Modulo Tokens + 4× Crimson Shards + 4× Scarlet Shards

Best pairing: Legacy of the Forgotten + Scarlet Gear Set + Yuta Okkotsu (with rework) = highest single-target burst DPS in the current meta. The accessory is account-bound and not tradeable.
